Os grupos Pillars of Peace trabalhar\u00e3o com homens para acabar com os ciclos de viol\u00eancia e promover a paz em casa e na comunidade. A abordagem foi adaptada de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.equimundo.org\/programs\/living-peace\/\" target=\"_blank\">Vivendo a Paz<\/a>, um programa desenvolvido e pilotado pelo co-coordenador da MenCare <a href=\"https:\/\/www.equimundo.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Equimundo<\/a> e parceiros na Rep\u00fablica Democr\u00e1tica do Congo e Burundi com o programa LOGiCA do Banco Mundial. Em fevereiro, 72 facilitadores de grupos locais foram treinados sobre como conduzir as sess\u00f5es de terapia de grupo de 14 semanas pela equipe do coordenador do MenCare+ Rwanda, o <a href=\"http:\/\/rwamrec.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Centro de Recursos para Homens de Ruanda<\/a>, e profissionais de sa\u00fade mental de quatro hospitais distritais.
