Permanece uma grande lacuna de g\u00eanero nas taxas nacionais de emprego, com uma <a href=\"https:\/\/data.oecd.org\/emp\/part-time-employment-rate.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">maioria das mulheres<\/a> na Holanda trabalhando meio per\u00edodo. A pol\u00edtica de licen\u00e7a atual do pa\u00eds permite que novos pais tirem apenas dois dias pagos de licen\u00e7a-paternidade, em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com tr\u00eas meses de licen\u00e7a-maternidade para novas m\u00e3es.<\/p>\n<p>Em 2016, a Rutgers <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mencare.org\/pt\/2016\/09\/28\/netherlands-rutgers-adapts-mencare-parental-leave-platform-call-increased-paternity-leave\/\" rel=\"noopener\">come\u00e7ou a defender<\/a>\u00a0em nome dos pais por uma licen\u00e7a remunerada mais longa. Isso permitiria que os pais passassem mais tempo com seus filhos e aumentassem sua contribui\u00e7\u00e3o para o cuidado das crian\u00e7as e trabalho dom\u00e9stico, ao mesmo tempo em que daria \u00e0s m\u00e3es mais flexibilidade para retornar e avan\u00e7ar na for\u00e7a de trabalho remunerada. A estrat\u00e9gia de advocacia da Rutgers, disse Ilze, era baseada na \u201curg\u00eancia de pressionar pela emancipa\u00e7\u00e3o de mulheres e homens em dire\u00e7\u00e3o a um conceito de parentalidade moderna\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Hoje, h\u00e1 um otimismo renovado, pois o governo elaborou uma <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mencare.org\/pt\/2017\/12\/18\/mencare-partners-expand-parental-leave-netherlands\/\" rel=\"noopener\">nova pol\u00edtica<\/a> que aumentar\u00e1 significativamente a dura\u00e7\u00e3o da licen\u00e7a-paternidade at\u00e9 2020. Embora n\u00e3o crie os termos para a licen\u00e7a que seriam iguais em dura\u00e7\u00e3o para todos os pais, a lei ainda abrir\u00e1 novos caminhos no pa\u00eds.\u00a0<em>Wet Invoering Extra Geboorteverlof\u00a0<\/em>a lei permitir\u00e1 que os pais tirem cinco dias pagos diretamente ap\u00f3s o parto e mais cinco semanas de licen\u00e7a de 70 por cento do sal\u00e1rio nos primeiros seis meses. Foi assim que a Rutgers fez:<\/p>\n<p>A Rutgers viu as elei\u00e7\u00f5es parlamentares de 2017 como uma oportunidade para come\u00e7ar a elevar a licen\u00e7a parental equitativa, influenciando sua inclus\u00e3o nas plataformas dos candidatos por meio de advocacia direta, engajamento da m\u00eddia e mensagens. No entanto, a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o assumiu a quest\u00e3o sozinha. A Rutgers conseguiu fazer parcerias com \u201caliados incomuns\u201d, incluindo sindicatos, empresas do setor privado, professores e influenciadores. Embora se concentrassem em partidos mais progressistas, eles envolveram pol\u00edticos de todo o espectro pol\u00edtico. Quando perguntada sobre seu segredo para envolver pol\u00edticos, Ilze disse: &quot;Comece pelo pessoal porque, no final, esse t\u00f3pico \u00e9 pessoal. Cada um tem sua pr\u00f3pria hist\u00f3ria, como filho ou como pai.&quot;<\/p>\n<p>As manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es tamb\u00e9m foram eficazes em convencer os parlamentares a apoiar a causa. Em abril de 2016, um grupo de pais com carrinhos de beb\u00ea e bonecas que emitiam sons de choro se reuniram em frente ao parlamento. Os pais deixaram os carrinhos na pra\u00e7a e pediram a todos os legisladores que cuidassem de seus filhos. Eles deixaram um bilhete que dizia: &quot;Voc\u00ea pode cuidar do meu beb\u00ea?
