Em mar\u00e7o, o coordenador do MenCare Guatemala ECPAT<\/a> coorganizou oito workshops para profissionais de sa\u00fade sobre temas de paternidade ativa e cuidado, oferecendo treinamento para um total de 55 profissionais de sa\u00fade.<\/p>\n

O objetivo dos workshops era treinar os profissionais de sa\u00fade sobre como envolver os homens na sa\u00fade materna e infantil, como coordenar a educa\u00e7\u00e3o em grupo para futuros pais e como criar espa\u00e7os cl\u00ednicos que apoiassem m\u00e3es e pais. A metodologia para os workshops foi baseada em Programa P<\/a>, Manual do MenCare sobre o envolvimento dos homens na sa\u00fade materna, sexual e reprodutiva.<\/p>\n

Os participantes do workshop inclu\u00edram ginecologistas, obstetras, pediatras, enfermeiros e assistentes, psic\u00f3logos e administradores de hospitais e cl\u00ednicas da Cidade da Guatemala, Villanueva e Amatitl\u00e1n.<\/p>\n

Os workshops faziam parte de uma iniciativa maior, \u201cMenCare no Setor de Sa\u00fade P\u00fablica \u2013 Engajando Profissionais de Sa\u00fade e Homens para a Igualdade de G\u00eanero e Sa\u00fade Materna, Sexual e Reprodutiva na Guatemala e Nicar\u00e1gua\u201d. Eles foram co-organizados por APROFAM<\/a>, uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o sem fins lucrativos que fornece servi\u00e7os de sa\u00fade a popula\u00e7\u00f5es pobres e vulner\u00e1veis, financiada pela Funda\u00e7\u00e3o Summit<\/a> e o Funda\u00e7\u00e3o de Carvalho<\/a> atrav\u00e9s de uma subven\u00e7\u00e3o de Equimundo<\/a>, coordenador do MenCare.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
