Entre otras medidas relevantes para proteger los derechos de los ni\u00f1os, este marco legal ahora prev\u00e9 una ampliaci\u00f3n de la licencia por paternidad de 5 a 20 d\u00edas para los empleados de muchas empresas brasile\u00f1as, incluso en casos de adopci\u00f3n. Equimundo es miembro de la Red Nacional de Primera Infancia (\u201c<em><a href=\"http:\/\/primeirainfancia.org.br\/\" target=\"_blank\">Red Nacional Primeira Inf\u00e2ncia<\/a><\/em>\u201d, en portugu\u00e9s), que ayud\u00f3 a redactar el texto del marco jur\u00eddico.<\/p>\n<p>El 8 de marzo, la presidenta Rousseff firm\u00f3 la ley \u201cMarco Legal para la Primera Infancia\u201d, que establece el establecimiento de una pol\u00edtica nacional integrada sobre la primera infancia, que pide al gobierno federal, a los estados y a los municipios adoptar un enfoque intersectorial de los derechos de los ni\u00f1os en la primera infancia.<\/p>\n<p>En ese momento, el marco entr\u00f3 en vigencia para todas las empresas brasile\u00f1as que participan en el Programa Ciudadano Corporativo del gobierno (\u201c<em>Programa Empresa Ciudadana<\/em>El Programa Ciudadano Corporativo, creado por el gobierno en 2010, ya permit\u00eda a las empleadas de las empresas participantes del sector privado tomar hasta seis meses de licencia por maternidad y ahora prev\u00e9 20 d\u00edas de licencia por paternidad.
