Socio de MenCare Visi\u00f3n Mundial Lanka<\/a> Recientemente public\u00f3 una recopilaci\u00f3n de 13 relatos, titulada El arte de vivir en familia<\/em><\/a>, de los participantes de MenCare en los programas de desarrollo de las \u00e1reas de Patana y Devon. Estas historias de padres muestran las formas en que MenCare en Sri Lanka ha mejorado la protecci\u00f3n, la salud y la nutrici\u00f3n de los ni\u00f1os, la educaci\u00f3n, las relaciones de pareja y la paz y la armon\u00eda en el hogar.<\/p>\n

El programa MenCare comenz\u00f3 en los Programas de Desarrollo del \u00c1rea de Patana y Devon en 2014. World Vision Lanka invit\u00f3 a 120 hombres a participar en un ciclo de seis meses de grupos de padres basados en el Programa P de MenCare, y concluy\u00f3 el programa con un retiro de tres d\u00edas para los participantes y sus familias. Las historias de los padres que participaron en el programa muestran el proceso de transformaci\u00f3n que tuvo lugar dentro de sus familias, destacando la capacidad de los hombres para el amor, la igualdad y el cuidado y demostrando los beneficios para todos cuando los hombres participan como padres y cuidadores equitativos y no violentos.<\/p>\n
