Entre sus miembros se encuentran asociaciones que tienen su base en el campo de los estudios de g\u00e9nero, as\u00ed como organizaciones con a\u00f1os de experiencia trabajando con hombres de todas las edades. Con iniciativas como El cerco de los pap\u00e1s<\/em> (El c\u00edrculo de los pap\u00e1s), <\/em>Esta red italiana trabaja con padres y futuros padres para crear conciencia sobre la importancia de la participaci\u00f3n equitativa de g\u00e9nero de los hombres en el hogar.<\/p>\n

La organizaci\u00f3n sin fines de lucro El cerco de los hombres<\/a>, con sede en Tur\u00edn, organiza El cerco de los pap\u00e1s<\/em>, que es un grupo especial de padres que fomenta el intercambio de historias, emociones y reflexiones sobre las aventuras y experiencias de la paternidad. Los padres primerizos, as\u00ed como los experimentados, se re\u00fanen semanalmente para entrenarse mutuamente y prepararse para el papel m\u00e1s importante de sus vidas. Hablan de sus problemas, victorias y fracasos como padres en un entorno sin prejuicios con el objetivo de ayudarse y aprender mutuamente. Al hacerlo, se ayudan mutuamente a brindar un cuidado comprometido, equitativo y sincero a sus hijos y apoyo a sus parejas.<\/p>\n

Las organizaciones reunidas por la red Il Giardino dei Padri est\u00e1n involucrando a los hombres en la igualdad de g\u00e9nero. Unidas por esta plataforma, los proyectos de las organizaciones crean conciencia y abogan por la equidad de g\u00e9nero en la prestaci\u00f3n de cuidados por parte de los hombres. Al maximizar la colaboraci\u00f3n equitativa entre hombres y mujeres, la red tiene como objetivo mejorar la vida cotidiana de las familias.
