Tambi\u00e9n en Turqu\u00eda se ha hecho cada vez m\u00e1s evidente la importancia de la participaci\u00f3n del sector privado en la promoci\u00f3n de la paternidad comprometida y la igualdad de g\u00e9nero en el lugar de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p>Las pr\u00e1cticas empresariales con conciencia social y el grado en que las empresas reconocen la importancia de que tanto los hombres como las mujeres contribuyan por igual al desarrollo de sus hijos tendr\u00e1n un enorme impacto en la posibilidad de lograr la igualdad de g\u00e9nero y la crianza compartida. Socio de MenCare <a href=\"https:\/\/en.acev.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">A\u00c7EV<\/a> Cree firmemente que al generar conciencia dentro de las empresas sobre la importancia de la paternidad comprometida, el sector privado puede ser un motor de progreso que beneficie a todos.<\/p>\n<p>El sector privado representa el 53% de la fuerza laboral nacional en Turqu\u00eda, incluidos aproximadamente 10 millones de hombres, y como tal influye en un amplio sector representativo de la sociedad turca en t\u00e9rminos de empleos y normas.<\/p>\n<p>La experiencia de dos d\u00e9cadas de A\u00c7EV trabajando con padres ha demostrado la importancia de involucrar en estas iniciativas a la mayor cantidad posible de partes interesadas. Anteriormente, la participaci\u00f3n de la organizaci\u00f3n se limitaba principalmente a instituciones p\u00fablicas, organizaciones no gubernamentales y universidades, y a las empresas solo se les solicitaba financiaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La A\u00c7EV reconoce cada vez m\u00e1s que el sector privado debe estar mejor informado sobre los cambios estructurales que se pueden llevar a cabo en el lugar de trabajo, as\u00ed como sobre c\u00f3mo las pr\u00e1cticas comerciales que emplean pueden favorecer o dificultar la paternidad activa. Por ejemplo, las empresas pueden ayudar a los empleados a convertirse en padres m\u00e1s activos reorganizando los horarios de trabajo, aumentando los d\u00edas de licencia por paternidad, planificando servicios de guarder\u00eda y siendo m\u00e1s sensibles a las cuestiones de g\u00e9nero en sus pr\u00e1cticas de marketing.<\/p>\n<p>Esta es una situaci\u00f3n en la que todos ganan: padres, mujeres y familias. <em>y<\/em> Los empleadores, por ejemplo, consideran que los acuerdos de trabajo flexibles mejoran la salud f\u00edsica y mental de los empleados, aumentan su compromiso con el empleador y mejoran su motivaci\u00f3n y desempe\u00f1o, adem\u00e1s de permitirles ser padres m\u00e1s involucrados.<\/p>\n<p>El 30 de noviembre de 2017, la A\u00c7EV organiz\u00f3 una reuni\u00f3n sobre \u201cDiscusi\u00f3n de la paternidad comprometida con el sector privado\u201d. En la reuni\u00f3n participaron m\u00e1s de 50 participantes (directores de alto nivel, administradores y gerentes de recursos humanos, entre otros) de bancos y empresas multinacionales como Fibabank, Koc Holding, Gap, UPS y Benefit Cosmetics.<\/p>\n<p>La reuni\u00f3n comenz\u00f3 con una mesa redonda en la que participaron una madre bloguera, un padre bloguero, un representante de una empresa y un antiguo alumno\/defensor del Programa de Apoyo a los Padres de A\u00c7EV. Los dos blogueros hablaron sobre c\u00f3mo respondieron sus lectores a las an\u00e9cdotas sobre paternidad comprometida y crianza igualitaria que compartieron en l\u00ednea. El antiguo alumno\/defensor del Programa de Apoyo a los Padres habl\u00f3 sobre c\u00f3mo el programa transform\u00f3 su trayectoria como padre. Por \u00faltimo, el representante de la empresa comparti\u00f3 c\u00f3mo su empresa desacredit\u00f3 los prejuicios contra las empleadas al otorgarles a ellas la responsabilidad total de toda una l\u00ednea de producci\u00f3n, lo que tuvo mucho \u00e9xito. Despu\u00e9s de la mesa redonda, se pidi\u00f3 a los participantes que hablaran sobre el papel que pueden desempe\u00f1ar las empresas en la promoci\u00f3n de la paternidad comprometida.<\/p>\n<p>Despu\u00e9s del panel se organizaron talleres para debatir los pasos y las medidas que las empresas podr\u00edan adoptar en sus propios lugares de trabajo para facilitar la igualdad de g\u00e9nero y la paternidad participativa.
