Esas normas patriarcales pueden limitar la capacidad de acci\u00f3n y la participaci\u00f3n de las mujeres en la vida p\u00fablica y en el trabajo remunerado, contribuir a los conflictos y la violencia en el hogar y hacer que los hombres se pierdan las alegr\u00edas de la paternidad y la conexi\u00f3n familiar.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Los efectos negativos de los roles de g\u00e9nero restrictivos a menudo se cruzan con otras dificultades que enfrentan espec\u00edficamente las familias migrantes, incluida la inestabilidad financiera, la falta de redes familiares extendidas y de apoyo social y los cambios en la din\u00e1mica familiar, los sistemas educativos y las normas de g\u00e9nero en un nuevo entorno.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Para hacer frente a estos desaf\u00edos, Padres Sin Fronteras trabaja para involucrar a los padres inmigrantes en el cuidado de los ni\u00f1os y la vida familiar y para facilitar la transici\u00f3n, a menudo dif\u00edcil, entre sus culturas de origen y la cultura del Tirol del Sur. Al promover una mayor participaci\u00f3n de los hombres en la paternidad de manera solidaria y no violenta, el proyecto tambi\u00e9n pretende mejorar el \u00e9xito de los ni\u00f1os inmigrantes en la escuela y reducir los conflictos familiares y comunitarios.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La primera etapa del proyecto incluye entrevistas con diferentes actores, mediadores interculturales y familias migrantes, para entender mejor sus necesidades y perspectivas particulares. Tambi\u00e9n incluye la identificaci\u00f3n de potenciales \u201cmultiplicadores\u201d o agentes de cambio: hombres que ya viven y modelan relaciones equitativas y solidarias en sus propias vidas y quieren ayudar a otros a hacer lo mismo.
