Ao longo do m\u00eas, a CSAGA conduziu treinamentos com padres, freiras e outros cl\u00e9rigos sobre como integrar igualdade de g\u00eanero e preven\u00e7\u00e3o da viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica em seus programas pr\u00e9-matrimoniais. Esses instrutores religiosos no Vietn\u00e3 t\u00eam o desejo, mas muitas vezes n\u00e3o t\u00eam as ferramentas para integrar a educa\u00e7\u00e3o sobre relacionamentos saud\u00e1veis, equitativos e n\u00e3o violentos em seus cursos para casais. As sess\u00f5es de treinamento da CSAGA visam equipar os l\u00edderes religiosos em Han\u00f3i com esse conhecimento, focando particularmente no engajamento dos homens na igualdade e na participa\u00e7\u00e3o no cuidado infantil. O projeto, intitulado \u201cIntegrando o conte\u00fado da igualdade de g\u00eanero, preven\u00e7\u00e3o da viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica e responsabilidades dos homens no cuidado e nas tarefas dom\u00e9sticas em cursos pr\u00e9-matrimoniais em igrejas em Han\u00f3i, Vietn\u00e3\u201d, atingiu 40 l\u00edderes religiosos em Thai Hai, Han\u00f3i at\u00e9 agora.<\/p>\n<p>Os facilitadores do CSAGA do programa relatam que, embora a igualdade de g\u00eanero e a preven\u00e7\u00e3o da viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica sejam t\u00f3picos novos para os l\u00edderes religiosos em Thai Hai, muitos j\u00e1 est\u00e3o unidos na cren\u00e7a de que homens e mulheres s\u00e3o iguais perante Deus. Padres e professores mais velhos, em particular, destacam a aus\u00eancia de escrituras crist\u00e3s afirmando que homens e mulheres n\u00e3o s\u00e3o iguais. No entanto, a maioria dos l\u00edderes religiosos ainda subscreve preconceitos e estere\u00f3tipos comuns de g\u00eanero. Por exemplo, muitos acreditam que os homens devem ser os ganha-p\u00e3o e os principais tomadores de decis\u00f5es na casa. Essas no\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o resultado de uma cultura patriarcal de longa data no Vietn\u00e3, bem como do patriarcado dentro da tradi\u00e7\u00e3o cat\u00f3lica.<\/p>\n<p>No geral, a MenCare Vietnam relata que as sess\u00f5es de treinamento foram muito bem-sucedidas em envolver l\u00edderes religiosos em desafiar estere\u00f3tipos sobre g\u00eanero e aumentar sua capacidade de lidar melhor com casos de viol\u00eancia dom\u00e9stica em suas par\u00f3quias. A Igreja Thai Hai e outras par\u00f3quias de Han\u00f3i apoiaram a iniciativa e planejam organizar cursos de treinamento adicionais para aprofundar seus conhecimentos e atingir um p\u00fablico mais amplo.
