Vis\u00e3o Mundial Lanka<\/a>, parceiro da MenCare em Sri Lanka<\/a>, envolveu centenas de homens em programas de paternidade no Programa de Desenvolvimento da \u00c1rea de Ambagamuwa (ADP) em 2015.<\/p>\n

O ADP de Ambagamuwa trabalhou para envolver os homens nas comunidades de planta\u00e7\u00f5es do Sri Lanka na paternidade ativa e no cuidado, conduzindo 109 aulas MenCare para 309 participantes. Como parte do programa, os pais e suas fam\u00edlias participaram do MenCare retiros familiares<\/a>, que proporcionou uma oportunidade de v\u00e1rios dias para os pais refletirem sobre a cria\u00e7\u00e3o dos filhos e sobre seus pr\u00f3prios relacionamentos. Uma experi\u00eancia nova para muitos, o programa transformou a vida dos pais ao encoraj\u00e1-los a desenvolver relacionamentos mais equitativos e a assumir uma parcela igual de cuidados com os filhos e trabalho dom\u00e9stico em casa.<\/p>\n

Em julho de 2015, o ADP de Ambagamuwa tamb\u00e9m realizou um MenCare de dois dias \u201cForma\u00e7\u00e3o de Formadores\u201d<\/a> programa para pastores crist\u00e3os, professores religiosos hindus, antigos facilitadores do MenCare e volunt\u00e1rios da comunidade. Dois ter\u00e7os dos participantes do programa \u201cTraining of Trainers\u201d agora atuam como facilitadores de grupos de pais do MenCare.<\/p>\n

Por meio do programa \u201cTraining of Trainers\u201d, os participantes melhoraram suas habilidades de facilita\u00e7\u00e3o com uma variedade de sess\u00f5es participativas. L\u00edderes religiosos e comunit\u00e1rios trabalharam juntos em conceitos e t\u00e9cnicas relacionadas a brainstorming, comunica\u00e7\u00e3o em grupo, dramatiza\u00e7\u00e3o, reflex\u00e3o e an\u00e1lise cr\u00edticas, resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de problemas e tomada de decis\u00e3o.<\/p>\n

O programa \u201cTreinamento de Instrutores\u201d teve como objetivo educar l\u00edderes religiosos e comunit\u00e1rios no setor de planta\u00e7\u00f5es do Sri Lanka sobre os benef\u00edcios que o envolvimento positivo dos pais em suas fam\u00edlias pode ter para mulheres, crian\u00e7as e os pr\u00f3prios homens.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
