Em 1 de dezembro de 2016, os parceiros da sociedade nacional da Bulg\u00e1ria Campanha \u201cSer Pai\u201d<\/a>, incluindo Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Roditeli<\/a>, organizou o Confer\u00eancia \u201cSer Pai\u201d<\/a> em S\u00f3fia, Bulg\u00e1ria, com mais de 90 participantes. O objetivo da confer\u00eancia era compartilhar experi\u00eancias de parceiros de todo o pa\u00eds e formular recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es para jardins de inf\u00e2ncia, escolas e organiza\u00e7\u00f5es b\u00falgaras que querem se envolver no engajamento de homens na paternidade e no cuidado.<\/p>\n

Para dar in\u00edcio \u00e0 confer\u00eancia, representantes do Minist\u00e9rio da Educa\u00e7\u00e3o da Bulg\u00e1ria, UNICEF Bulg\u00e1ria e Oak Foundation deram as boas-vindas e discursaram para os participantes da confer\u00eancia. O dia foi ent\u00e3o estruturado em dois pain\u00e9is: \u201cPais na Escola e no Jardim de Inf\u00e2ncia\u201d e \u201cPais e Homens no Trabalho Social\u201d. John Crownover, da CARE International Balkans, um palestrante especial na confer\u00eancia, fez uma apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o principal sobre como e por que convidar os pais a se envolverem na educa\u00e7\u00e3o de seus filhos, com base nas melhores pr\u00e1ticas globais.<\/p>\n

Os organizadores da confer\u00eancia ficaram satisfeitos com o esp\u00edrito comunit\u00e1rio e de colabora\u00e7\u00e3o dos participantes, com a troca de experi\u00eancias e com o desejo de promover o trabalho nacional para envolver os homens como pais e cuidadores equitativos e n\u00e3o violentos.<\/p>\n

Conclus\u00f5es da confer\u00eancia e li\u00e7\u00f5es aprendidas:<\/strong><\/p>\n

As experi\u00eancias partilhadas durante a confer\u00eancia deixaram claro que convidar os pais para a escola \u00e9 uma estrat\u00e9gia de sucesso<\/a> para envolv\u00ea-los no cuidado. Quando as escolas pedem proativamente aos pais para participarem de eventos, os pais respondem com entusiasmo. Depois de participar, muitos pais perguntam aos professores quando ser\u00e1 o pr\u00f3ximo evento escolar, coletam ideias para eventos futuros e at\u00e9 come\u00e7am a organizar eventos eles mesmos.<\/p>\n

\u201cCome\u00e7amos algo, e agora n\u00e3o podemos parar\u201d, disse um professor que participou da confer\u00eancia. \u201cOs pais est\u00e3o me perguntando o tempo todo quando vamos convidar os pais para a escola novamente.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cFazemos parte da campanha MenCare porque ela tem um prop\u00f3sito e um sentido claros\u201d, disse Petya Rusinova, uma participante da confer\u00eancia e diretora da Escola Prim\u00e1ria Nikola Vaptsarov na vila de Selanovtsi. \u201c\u00c9 para o melhor das crian\u00e7as, dos pais e da escola.\u201d<\/p>\n

Assistentes sociais tamb\u00e9m est\u00e3o come\u00e7ando a reconhecer o potencial dos homens como parceiros no cuidado e como indiv\u00edduos que precisam se envolver no trabalho social. A confer\u00eancia revelou a necessidade de uma colabora\u00e7\u00e3o mais pr\u00f3xima entre assistentes sociais e professores, j\u00e1 que os professores geralmente sabem melhor quais fam\u00edlias mais precisam de apoio.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
