Dois desses workshops foram realizados com pais no destacamento militar do Ex\u00e9rcito Nacional em San Juli\u00e1n Chinautla, e o restante foi com pais na Pol\u00edcia Nacional Civil.<\/p>\n<p>Essas oficinas levaram os participantes a um desejo rec\u00e9m-descoberto de mudar suas atitudes e comportamentos, demonstrando que, embora o sexismo profundamente enraizado possa comumente resultar em uma falta de envolvimento masculino nas responsabilidades de cuidado e dom\u00e9sticas, atitudes e comportamentos ainda podem ser mudados. Um participante relatou que nunca teve a oportunidade de participar de uma oficina como essa antes, o que d\u00e1 suporte \u00e0 ideia de que a mudan\u00e7a pode ocorrer quando as pessoas t\u00eam a oportunidade e o espa\u00e7o para transformar normas prejudiciais.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A MenCare Guatemala realizou quatro workshops sobre o tema do envolvimento masculino no cuidado.
