Na Turquia, tamb\u00e9m, a import\u00e2ncia do engajamento do setor privado no avan\u00e7o da paternidade envolvida e da igualdade de g\u00eanero no local de trabalho se tornou cada vez mais aparente.<\/p>\n<p>Pr\u00e1ticas empresariais socialmente conscientes e o grau em que as empresas reconhecem a import\u00e2ncia de homens e mulheres contribu\u00edrem igualmente para o desenvolvimento de seus filhos ter\u00e3o um enorme impacto sobre se a igualdade de g\u00eanero e a parentalidade compartilhada podem ser alcan\u00e7adas. Parceiro MenCare <a href=\"https:\/\/en.acev.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">A\u00c7EV<\/a> acredita firmemente que, ao conscientizar as empresas sobre a import\u00e2ncia da paternidade engajada, o setor privado pode ser um impulsionador do progresso que beneficia a todos.<\/p>\n<p>O setor privado \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por 53% da for\u00e7a de trabalho nacional na Turquia, incluindo aproximadamente 10 milh\u00f5es de homens e, como tal, influencia uma ampla parcela da sociedade turca em termos de empregos e normas.<\/p>\n<p>A experi\u00eancia de duas d\u00e9cadas da A\u00c7EV trabalhando com pais demonstrou a import\u00e2ncia de envolver o m\u00e1ximo poss\u00edvel de partes interessadas nesses esfor\u00e7os. Anteriormente, o envolvimento da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o era principalmente com institui\u00e7\u00f5es p\u00fablicas, organiza\u00e7\u00f5es n\u00e3o governamentais e universidades \u2013 com empresas apenas abordadas para financiamento.<\/p>\n<p>A A\u00c7EV reconhece cada vez mais que o setor privado deve ser mais bem informado sobre as mudan\u00e7as estruturais que podem ser tomadas no local de trabalho, bem como sobre como as pr\u00e1ticas comerciais que eles empregam podem apoiar ou dificultar a paternidade envolvida. Por exemplo, as empresas podem apoiar os funcion\u00e1rios a se tornarem pais mais envolvidos reorganizando as horas de trabalho, aumentando os dias de licen\u00e7a-paternidade, planejando servi\u00e7os de assist\u00eancia \u00e0 inf\u00e2ncia e sendo mais sens\u00edveis ao g\u00eanero em suas pr\u00e1ticas de marketing.<\/p>\n<p>Esta \u00e9 uma situa\u00e7\u00e3o vantajosa para todos: pais, mulheres, fam\u00edlias, <em>e<\/em> empregadores, pois os acordos de trabalho flex\u00edveis, por exemplo, melhoram a sa\u00fade f\u00edsica e mental dos funcion\u00e1rios, aumentam seu comprometimento com o empregador e melhoram sua motiva\u00e7\u00e3o e desempenho, al\u00e9m de permitir que sejam pais mais envolvidos.<\/p>\n<p>Em 30 de novembro de 2017, a A\u00c7EV organizou um encontro sobre \u201cDiscutindo a Paternidade Envolvida com o Setor Privado\u201d. O encontro contou com mais de 50 participantes \u2013 diretores de alto n\u00edvel, administradores e gerentes de recursos humanos, entre outros \u2013 de bancos a empresas multinacionais como Fibabank, Koc Holding, Gap, UPS e Benefit Cosmetics.<\/p>\n<p>A reuni\u00e3o come\u00e7ou com um painel de discuss\u00e3o envolvendo uma blogueira m\u00e3e, um blogueiro pai, um representante empresarial e um ex-aluno\/defensor do Programa de Apoio ao Pai da A\u00c7EV. Os dois blogueiros falaram sobre como seus leitores responderam \u00e0s anedotas sobre paternidade envolvida e parentalidade igualit\u00e1ria que eles compartilharam online. O ex-aluno\/defensor do Programa de Apoio ao Pai discutiu como sua jornada como pai foi transformada pelo programa. Finalmente, o representante empresarial compartilhou como sua empresa desacreditou preconceitos contra funcion\u00e1rias dando \u00e0s mulheres responsabilidade completa por uma linha de produ\u00e7\u00e3o inteira, o que se tornou muito bem-sucedido.
