Parceiro MenCare <\/span>mulher ativa<\/span><\/a> est\u00e1 implementando o projeto \u201cPais Sem Fronteiras\u201d (\u201cPapa grenzenlos \u2013 Papa senza confini\u201d) no Tirol do Sul, It\u00e1lia, para envolver pais migrantes na cria\u00e7\u00e3o e no cuidado compartilhados, apoiando esses pais a se envolverem mais na vida familiar e na comunidade do Tirol do Sul.<\/span><\/p>\n

Em todo o mundo, a fam\u00edlia e o lar s\u00e3o frequentemente vistos como dom\u00ednios tradicionalmente femininos, nos quais os homens desempenham um papel perif\u00e9rico e s\u00e3o relutantes em se envolver. Ao mesmo tempo, os pais frequentemente mant\u00eam uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o de poder, impondo regras e valores na fam\u00edlia e desempenhando o \u00fanico papel de provedor financeiro fora de casa. Tais normas patriarcais podem limitar a ag\u00eancia e a participa\u00e7\u00e3o das mulheres na vida p\u00fablica e no trabalho remunerado, contribuir para o conflito e a viol\u00eancia no lar e fazer com que os homens percam as alegrias da paternidade e da conex\u00e3o familiar.<\/span><\/p>\n

Os impactos negativos dos pap\u00e9is de g\u00eanero restritivos muitas vezes se cruzam com outras dificuldades enfrentadas especificamente por fam\u00edlias migrantes, incluindo instabilidade financeira; falta de fam\u00edlia extensa e redes de apoio social; e mudan\u00e7as na din\u00e2mica familiar, nos sistemas educacionais e nas normas de g\u00eanero em um novo ambiente.<\/span><\/p>\n

Para lidar com esses desafios, o Fathers Without Borders est\u00e1 trabalhando tanto para envolver pais migrantes no cuidado das crian\u00e7as e na vida familiar quanto para facilitar a transi\u00e7\u00e3o, muitas vezes dif\u00edcil, entre suas culturas de origem e a cultura do Tirol do Sul. Ao promover o maior envolvimento dos homens na paternidade de maneiras atenciosas e n\u00e3o violentas, o projeto tamb\u00e9m visa melhorar o sucesso das crian\u00e7as migrantes na escola e reduzir os conflitos familiares e comunit\u00e1rios.<\/span><\/p>\n

A primeira etapa do projeto inclui entrevistas com diferentes partes interessadas, mediadores interculturais e fam\u00edlias migrantes, para entender melhor suas necessidades e perspectivas \u00fanicas. Tamb\u00e9m inclui a identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de potenciais \u201cmultiplicadores\u201d ou agentes de mudan\u00e7a: homens que j\u00e1 est\u00e3o vivendo e modelando relacionamentos equitativos e atenciosos em suas pr\u00f3prias vidas e querem ajudar outros a fazer o mesmo. Esses homens ser\u00e3o ent\u00e3o treinados para facilitar discuss\u00f5es em mesa redonda com outros pais, fornecendo um espa\u00e7o seguro para trocar experi\u00eancias e aprender habilidades pr\u00e1ticas de cria\u00e7\u00e3o de filhos.<\/span><\/p>\n

Atividades adicionais para os pais visam ajudar a aumentar seu envolvimento, incluindo sess\u00f5es sobre leitura de livros para crian\u00e7as, workshops para cozinhar e comer juntos, palestras sobre paternidade em diferentes culturas e tempos de mudan\u00e7a, e uma celebra\u00e7\u00e3o do Dia dos Pais com m\u00fasica e dan\u00e7a de diferentes culturas.<\/span><\/p>\n

A v\u00e4ter aktiv est\u00e1 implementando o projeto em nome do distrito de Burggrafenamt, em parceria com os membros do grupo de dire\u00e7\u00e3o do projeto, Caritas, e o Conselho Consultivo de Cidad\u00e3os N\u00e3o-UE de Meran, e com o apoio financeiro do Escrit\u00f3rio Provincial de Integra\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/p>\n
