De nossos parceiros em mais de 50 pa\u00edses globalmente, hoje e todos os dias celebramos o papel incr\u00edvel que as m\u00e3es desempenham na vida de seus filhos. Seja voc\u00ea uma m\u00e3e biol\u00f3gica ou adotiva, uma tia, av\u00f3, professora, treinadora ou um modelo para uma crian\u00e7a em sua vida, obrigada por tudo o que voc\u00ea faz.<\/p>\n

No Dia das M\u00e3es, e todos os dias, reconhecemos tudo o que as m\u00e3es fazem, e queremos fazer a nossa parte para apoiar as m\u00e3es em todo o mundo. Sabemos que, embora as mulheres representem cerca de metade da for\u00e7a de trabalho, elas ainda est\u00e3o fazendo mais de tr\u00eas vezes \u2014 e \u00e0s vezes at\u00e9 dez vezes \u2014 mais trabalho dom\u00e9stico e de assist\u00eancia infantil n\u00e3o remunerado do que os homens (e mais trabalho n\u00e3o remunerado e remunerado combinados).<\/p>\n

Como podemos aliviar a carga das m\u00e3es, melhorar sua sa\u00fade e bem-estar e trabalhar para acabar com a disparidade salarial entre g\u00eaneros? Para isso, precisamos agir.
