Ele fornece uma plataforma para a absor\u00e7\u00e3o dos homens de sua parcela total do cuidado infantil e do trabalho dom\u00e9stico do mundo \u2013 em todas as sociedades e relacionamentos \u2013 como parte da solu\u00e7\u00e3o para alcan\u00e7ar a igualdade de g\u00eanero. Ele fornece recomenda\u00e7\u00f5es concretas para a\u00e7\u00f5es em cinco \u00e1reas-chave para fechar a lacuna de g\u00eanero em cuidados n\u00e3o remunerados.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Desde 2015, esfor\u00e7os nacionais e globais de advocacia vinculados a <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Situa\u00e7\u00e3o da Paternidade no Mundo<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> motivaram parcerias e coaliz\u00f5es de longo prazo. Os parceiros da MenCare lideraram tradu\u00e7\u00f5es do relat\u00f3rio para seis idiomas, bem como criaram nove adapta\u00e7\u00f5es regionais, usando esses recursos juntamente com dados globais e nacionais para informar debates e introduzir novas pol\u00edticas de licen\u00e7a-paternidade e parental na Holanda, Brasil, \u00c1frica do Sul, em Washington, DC e muito mais. O relat\u00f3rio foi lan\u00e7ado nas Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas em Nova York e Genebra, bem como em mais de 10 outras cidades ao redor do mundo.
